Mirror 🪞

The Mirror App is a useful feature that lets you view your avatar in real time. Unlike many other apps, spawned mirrors are grabbable objects that can be moved around in the world. Mirrors are local only and not visible to other users.

Important

Mirrors can be a bit heavy on the system so it’s good practice to turn them off when not in use to ensure smoother performance

Important

If the mirror UI isn’t visible, click the mirror to toggle it on

• Close : Closes mirror app
• Hide UI : Shows or hides the UI buttons on the side of the mirror
• Follow : Maintains a fixed distance relative your avatar. Toggling the button again disables this feature making the mirror stationary.
• Look At User : Rotates the mirror so it faces you
• Lock X-Rotation :Keeps the mirror aligned with the world’s vertical (up) axis. When disabled, the mirror can rotate along the X-axis (pitch), allowing it to be placed above or below you while still facing you
• Hide Camera : Prevents the camera from appearing in the mirror
