VR Mode

Massive Loop supports VR Mode via OpenXR and officially supports the following OpenXR runtimes:

• Meta Quest Link / Oculus OpenXR runtime.
• SteamVR OpenXR runtime.

Installing Required Software

• Installing Meta Quest Link App (formerly Oculus App)
  Download and install the Meta Quest Link App:
  https://www.meta.com/quest/setup/

• Installing SteamVR
  Download Steam and install SteamVR App:
  https://www.steamvr.com/en/

Selecting Runtime

Note:

You need Administrator privileges on your PC to change the active OpenXR runtime.

Note:

Only one runtime can be active at a time.

Set OpenXR Runtime: Meta Quest Link App

1. Launch the Meta Quest Link App on your PC.
2. Go to Settings > General.
3. Enable Unknown Sources.
4. Click Set Meta Quest Link as Active Runtime. Press Set Meta Quest Link as active runtime.

Set OpenXR Runtime: SteamVR

1. Open the SteamVR App.
2. Click the hamburger menu and go to Settings.
   
3. OpenXR from the side menu.
4. Click Set SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime.
