Retrieve Account Info

You can retrieve your username and password by using the Forgot Password and Forgot Username links in sign-in page.

Retrieve Forgotten User Name

To retrieve your forgotten username:

1. Click on the Forgot Username link in sign-in page.

2. In the following page, enter the email that associated with your account:

3. Wait for the email with your username.

Retrieve Forgotten Password

To retrieve your forgotten password:

1. Click on the Forgot Password link in the sign-in page.

2. In the following page, enter the email that associated with your account:

3. Wait for the email with instruction to reset your password.
